Market Days

My sister Marcia came to visit us this spring. We spent one of our days at the market. We had fun wondering around the many stands. This stand captured my attention with the oranges sliced open. I enjoyed working on making this picture look 3D. Would you like a slice?

It DOES look 3D, Jennifer! They look wonderfully ripe and juicey. And stand out so stongly wth the green in the background. And the baskets look so real it seems I should be able to feel their rough texture should I touch the canvas (or screen in my case.) =) You have wonderful talent but I'm sure it's taken a lot of work and perfecting of ability as well. I check in often to see if there is a new painting to enjoy. Keep up the good work!

Good work Jennifer!
You know me and fruit, and yes, I certainly would love a slice. Maybe we can go to that market when I come down.
